INTERCULTURAL TRAINING

INTERCULTURAL TRAINING

Strengthen your potential step by step

Weekly seminars (5 days)

In a 5-day seminar, the basics of intercultural communication are first developed. First of all, this includes sensitization for the perception of one's own and other cultures. In a second step, action strategies are developed for the emergence of conflicting values and norms in encounters with people from other cultures. This also includes dealing with stereotyping. The aim of the training is to create more awareness and to become more capable of acting in international and intercultural contexts.

Individual coaching (5 hours)

Individual coaching (5 hours)

The one-on-one coaching primarily serves managers who often experience divergences in intercultural situations and need help in one-on-one discussions. The individual coaching begins with an analysis of the situation and then systematically works out all of the participant's questions so that they are able to independently find solutions within their professional context.
